Hi Joel, Here is the voicemail issue and how to resolve it:

Issue: no option for removing the "Temporary greeting" after being back in the office

Solution: Dial *98, enter voicemail box ID and password, then press 0 for mailbox options. Press 3 for "recording your temporary greeting", then 2 to erase the temporary greeting. Once the temporary greeting is erased, the voicemail message goes back to the previously recorded away message.
